It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Elsie Murray in Holland, Michigan, born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on April 3, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Hager and Marion Hager; her husband Thomas V; her brother Edward; her grandson Logan Allbaugh; and her foster daughter Carolyn Keshick Toornman.

She is survived by : her children, Elena Murray, Elijah Allbaugh, Emily Allbaugh and Chuck Murray (Lora Lee); her grandchildren, Kyle and David Murray; her cousin Nancy Brown of Syracuse, NY; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Moser (Bruno) of West Lafayette, IN, Karen Klein (Gary) and Sandy Snyder (David) of Grand Rapids. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Francis de Sales Catholic Church (171 W 13th St, Holland, MI 49423).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Sue's honor may be sent to the Dominican Sisters of Grand Rapids, Corpus Christi Catholic School (Holland, Michigan), Lillian Easton Murray Library Fund of the Coopersville Library, or Hospice of Holland.
