She was predeceased by: her brother Ronald DenUyl. She is survived by: her son Michael Hulst (Melanie); her grandchildren, Matthew Hulst (Haley) and Morgan VanDen Berg (Zachary); her great grandchildren, Marshall, Ella, Jillian and McKenna; her siblings, Richard DenUyl (Maryanne) and Donnie Large; and her sister-in-law Sally DenUyl.

Memorial contributions may be given to Gentiva Hospice.
