She is survived by: her husband Gerald DeWeerd; her children, Rick DeWeerd (Krista), Vicky Joldersma (Scott) and Craig DeWeerd (Sue); and her brother Bernard VandenBerg. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
