She is survived by: her husband Bruce Laverman of Chicago, IL.; her children, Mark Laverman (Michelle), Susan Stewart (Travis), Julie Ann Giedt (Jeff) and Blythe Heffelfinger (David); her grandchildren, John, Laura Joy (Grant), Ben, Spencer, Addie, Melanie, Luke, Sianna, Carter, Karli and Averi; her great grandchild Noah; and her siblings, Ellen Klow (Brad), Jean Spyksma (Austin), Nancy Hoeksema and Tom Folkert.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
