D. of Holland, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 27, 2025 at the age of 51. He is survived by: his father Rick Viel (Deb Viel); his wife Jennifer Bruins; his sons, James, Sydney Viel and Seth Viel; his sister Mindy (Rob Sutton); his mother-in-law Marty Bruins; and his in-laws, Eric, Janette Bruins, Emily and Steve Dyk.
