He is survived by: his children, Kyle Westerhoff of Holland and Nicholas Westerhoff (Nicole) of West Olive; his stepgranddaughters, Madison, Grace and Avery; his mother Eileen Westerhoff-Young (Chuck) of Viroqua, WI; and his siblings, Julie Dane-Muterspaugh (John Leary) of Weirsdale, FL, Karen Pieper (Curt) of Saugatuck, MI, Janet Westerhoff (Mustafa Varoglu) of Arlington, MA, Maria Westerhoff of Eugene, OR and Tom Westerhoff (Jean) of Viroqua, WI. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
