He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Witteveen and Gertrude Witteveen (Van Beek); and his brothers, Terry and Ron. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Slotman; his daughter April Witteveen (Matt Gwinup); his grandchildren, Ezra and Arlo of Oregon; and his son David Witteveen.
