He was predeceased by: his son Douglas DeVries. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Brown (John) and Debra DeVries (Ken Jacoby); his grandchildren, Shaun Brown, Anthony "Tony" Brown and Jaclyn Coy (Ben); and his great grandchildren, Ava, Stella, Noah Brown, Annabelle Jacobs (Derek), Ethan Brown, Wynn and Liv Coy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
He was a lifetime member of Foundation Church, and was also a realtor for over 20 years.
