He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn. He is survived by: his children, Beverly, Paul Geurink, Carol, Ken Nagelkirk, Nancy and Jeff Voorhorst; his grandchildren, Darrin (Rachelle Geurink), Dan Geurink, Danae (Rob Visser), Ryan (Jami Nagelkirk), Ross (Jessica Nagelkirk), Katy Voorhorst and Brad (Rachel Voorhorst); and his in-laws, Donna and Gerard Timmer. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
