With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Vander Schel (Holland, Michigan), who passed away on October 22, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dutch Dance and Kerri; her husband Kurt Vander Schel; her children, Scott, Michele Vander Schel and Bob Van Horn; her grandchildren, Angela and Jacob Van Horn; and her siblings, David (Gayle Wehrmeyer), Joanne Green, Judi (Tim Snow) and Mary (Dick Hilbink).

“My sincere sympathy to your whole family. Pat and I grew up in the same neighborhood. Our days of dutchdance will always be a highlight in my life because of Pat. Especially those times we danced for tulip time. Visitors, mother daughter dances, greeting people off the big boats at the docks and numerous times for private gatherings. Pat led us all with class, education, and BIG smiles. She is deeply missed but will be in our hearts always. Sincerely, Terry Reimink”
