He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kimberly Raak (Steve), Robin Diepenhorst (Brett) and James Kalkman (Beth); his grandchildren, Jason Raak (Courtney), Jacob Kalkman (Claire), Lauren Mouw (Ethan), Lindsey Eby (Logan), Benjamin Kalkman, Kaitlyn Diepenhorst, Hunter Diepenhorst, Colin Kalkman and Luke Diepenhorst; his great grandchildren, Wrenley Raak, Blakely Raak, Charlotte Kalkman and Jonah Kalkman; his sister Marge Altena; and his in-laws, Ardith Kalkman, Sue Harleman, Darlene Dykstra (Ron), John Bouws (Bonnie) and Bryan Bouws (Cathy).
