We bid farewell to Peter J. DeHaan (Holland, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 9, 2025 at the age of 95. Peter touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Peter departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Peter may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Peter leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerrit DeHaan and Elizabeth DeHaan; his wife Marcia; and his son-in-law Robert Bonczyk. He is survived by: his children, Michael DeHaan (Kris), Marc DeHaan (Darlene) and Michelle Bonczyk; and his brother Gary DeHaan (Connie). He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and their spouses, 8 great-grandchildren.
