He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Bicknell and Thora Bicknell (Edson); his sister Byrna Bicknell; and his stepdaughter Anita Ehlers. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bicknell (Monsma); his children, Scott Bicknell and Laura Meadors (Tony); and his stepchildren, Douglas Van Dam (Abigail Livingood), David Van Dam (Irma), Martin Van Dam and Barbara Sauter (David). He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren; and 2 step great grandchildren.
