She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Miedema; and her stepfather Roger VanDyke. She is survived by: her husband Daryl Hop; her grandchildren, Tyler, Andrea Hop, Josh, Jenna Hop, Amber, Ebenezer Amankwah, Laura, Jordan Mast, Leah and Mike Vriezema; her mother Zita VanDyke; her stepmother Arloa Miedema; her siblings, Rick (Mary Miedema), Rol (Terri Miedema), Rhonda (Bob Schreur) and Rodney Miedema (Damir Jukic); and her siblings-in-law, Mary, Ken Schreur, Mark, Loren and Linnea Hop. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Presbyterian Church Mission Fund, Holland Positive Options, and Rising Kites nonprofit.
