He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth Macosko; his sister Eleanor Vasko (Mike); and his children, Debbie Anlauf (Dale), Gary Macosko (Randi), Christine Belcher (Phillip), Teresa Lesher (Yaser), Tom Lesher (Janet), Tim Lesher (Ree), Tamara Jalving (Jeff) and Tony Lesher (Nikki). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and manygreat grandchildren.
