He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond J. Kuiper and Lois Kuiper (Thoms); and his sister Betty Kole. He is survived by : his wife Elle; and his children, Jack Kuiper of Holland, Bill Kuiper (Lil) of Marseilles, IL and Kathy Albers (Mike) of Collegeville, PA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
