He is survived by: his wife Nancy of Holland; his children, Erik (Leslie) of Olive Branch, MS and Kathryn; his granddaughters, Elisabeth and Anna Thomashoff of Vienna; and his brother Jon (Stephanie) of Olathe, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be given to Hospice of Holland, Saugatuck Home Care Services and Evergreen Commons.
