He was predeceased by: his wife Jennie De Weerd (Mennenga); and his daughter Susan Lynn. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim De Weerd (Roxanne) and Phyllis Post (Lynn). He is also survived by grandchildren and 16 cherished great-grandchildren.
