He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Howard and Irene Howard (Kievet); his siblings, Joel Howard and Karen Jordan; his daughter-in-law Pamela Howard; and his grandson Timothy Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Howard (Vicki), Stuart Howard, Wendy Humbarger (Daniel) and Jay Howard (Connie); his grandchildren, Jessica, Thomas, Leslie, Brian, Mark, Ashley, Austin and Aubrey; and his sister Marie Postma. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
