He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Beukema and Vivian Beukema (Kuipers). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sons, Kevin Beukema of Gaylord, MI and Steven Beukema (Angela) of Latrobe, PA; his grandchildren, Sofia, Dakota and Logan; his siblings, Patricia Fought of Holland, Mary Vander Maat of Portage, MI and Gary Beukema (Arla) of Holland; and his brother-in-law David Caauwe (Leslee). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
