He is survived by: his sons, Bill Maynard, Bob Maynard and Tom (Connie Maynard); his grandchildren, Kodey DeFries, Emily Wilkins (Tanisha Hawkins), Sydney Maynard, Alexis, Jake Kiss, Jordan Maynard, Adam Maynard, Jesse and Krystal Hall; his siblings, Lee Batey, Lila (Rodney Cowell), Darla (Ed Hite) and Wilma Ruder; and his in-laws, Larry, Sharon Tymes, Ken and Jan Tymes. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to American Heart Association.
