He is survived by: his wife Paula Bulin (Forbeck); his brother Jeff Bulin (Nancy); his nieces, Katie and Jennifer Bulin Larson (Carl); his great-niece Maggie; his great-nephew Jack; his sisters-in-law, Martha Bulin and Carol Forbeck (Steve Shirey); his niece Emma (Rob); his brother-in-law Frank Forbeck; and his nieces, Rachel Maxwell (Scott) and Melissa Kelly (Jim).
