She is survived by: her husband Paul; her sons, Steven (Pam) and Michael (Andrea); her grandchildren, Nate Bult, Meredith Thalmayer (Spencer), Marcus Bult (Maaike), Eli and Annika Bult; and her brother Edwin Nyhof (Judy).
