She was predeceased by: her parents, William Klingenberg and Helene Klingenberg; her husband Bernard Haak; her son William Haak; and her in-laws, Robert, Ruth Klingenberg, Bill Haak and Edward Hoezee.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Potts (Jeff) of Holland; her daughter-in-law Laura Bolman (Ross) of Holland; her grandchildren, Tim Potts (Haley), Elisabeth Miedema (David), David Potts (Libby), Emily Bowen (Hank), Ava Potts and Brendan Haak (Kailey); and her great grandchildren, Brody, Kyla, Harper, Eden, Nora, Hayes, Tatum, Teddie, Ellison and Charlie.
