He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Green and Jean Green (Smith); and his brother Howard. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Green; his children, Synneve Mercer (Dan), Sigrid Ott (Chris), Rebecca Knight (Aaron), Erin Haywood (Scott), Amanda Wray (Travis Howard) and Martha Bryant (Bob); his grandchildren, Oliver Jackson (Randi), Isabella Jackson, Cameron Culp, Elexis Ott, Gabriel, Elena Haywood, Lazer, Zory Wray, Lincoln, Amelia and Elias Bryant; his great grandchildren, Scarlet, Carrington and Rosalie Jackson; and his sister Lois Hassing (Glenn). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
