Thomas Duane Graham Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Duane Graham of Holland, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on October 3, 2024 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Duane Graham to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Graham and Gertrude Graham (Veneklasen); and his in-laws, Chuck Losey, Marietta, Ron DeMarrow, Jerry, Jackie Vander Ploeg (Cheri) and Joe Doody.

He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his daughters, Stephanie Phasoukvong and Jennifer Graham; his grandchildren, Tyce Phasoukvong, Gage Phasoukvong, Callie Kraal and Case Kraal; his sisters, Phyllis Graham and Mary Williamson (Grady); and his in-law Glenna Doody. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
