He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Vander Veen); his sons, Christopher Lee (Gloria) of Holland and Chad Eric (Stacy) of Holland; his siblings, John Wiersma (Helen) of Zeeland and Mary Harris of Holland; and his sister-in-law Diane Ybarra (John) of Holland.
