It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom A. Buursma of Holland, Michigan, who passed away on October 9, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tom A. Buursma to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Vanna; his sons, Bob Buursma, Jeff (Kristin Buursma) and Tom (Kristin Buursma); his grandchildren, Mady, Nicole, David, Jacob, Erin, Tyler, Ryan, Rachel (Peach), Flora, Kate and Tessa; his brother Ron (Joyce Buursma); and his in-laws, Allen, Ethel Leep, Joyce Petrichek, Betty Pynakker (Bobe), Ruth, John Hamstra, Donna and Paul Michaels. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to Holland Christian Schools.
