He was predeceased by: his daughter Sally Evink; his parents, Gerritt Evink and Bernice Evink; and his siblings, Gary Evink and Jan Evink.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Annette Johnson, Christine Hill, Tammy Rennison (Marvin) and David Evink; his grandchildren, Michael Vandenberg, Curtis Vandenberg, Daniel (Elise Hill), Bethany Austin, Andrea (Isaac Gilcrest), Paul (Jesse Rennison), Trina Rennison and Sean Hank; and his great grandchildren, Samatha Austin, Emma Austin, Olivia Hill and Paul Rennison.
