He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Williams and Mildred Williams (Gossett); and his siblings, Luis, James and Shirley.

He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, Lynda Renkema, Steve Watts (Kelly), Randy Tubergen (Alicia), Erica Kimber (Charlie) and Micky Williams (Sondra); his grandchildren, Joshua, Benjamin, Joseph, Chris, Nicholas, Derek, Anthony, Brittney, Lindsey, Johnny, Jevic, Chloe, Rory, Chase, Matt and Tim; and his brothers, Robert Williams (Peggy) and Russell Williams. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, many extended family and friends.
