He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Clinton Butts and Cora Margarite Judson; his wife Angelika; and his brothers, Ward Butts (Bea), Wayne Butts (Velma), Neil Butts (Venona) and Glen Butts (Shirley).
He is survived by: his son Eric Greene of Sterling Heights; and his siblings, Leah Dumas (Fred) of Holly, Brian Butts (Ella Jane) of Holly and Lynn Butts (Donna) of Rose City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
