He was predeceased by: his parents, Erie Harton and Edna Harton (Newman); his wife Pat; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Harton, James Vollink and David Vollink.
He is survived by: his sons, Daniel (Liz) and Jeffrey (Penny); his brother Doug Harton; and his grandchildren, Tyler (Kristin), Alexander, William, Ayden, Matthew, Garrett, Ryan, Jacob, Hailey and Christina.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dryer Funeral Home (101 N 1st St, Holly, MI 48442). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Calvary Church (15010 N Holly Rd, Holly, MI 48442-1902). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
