He was predeceased by : his daughter Laura Beth; his parents, Joseph and Phyllis; his siblings, John, Paula, Bo (Joseph), Mary, Johanna and Dawn; his daughters, Jessica and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Josh, Jessica, Anthony and Brooke; and his great grandchildren, Madyx, Maylee, Oakley and Jolene.

He is survived by : his wife Karen; and his nieces and nephews, Kristen, Julia, Jamie, John, Jason, Audrey and Brennen.
