He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Williams and Evelyn Williams; and his sisters, Eugenia, Anne and Ruth.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Joyce Williams; his sons, Guy Williams (Ann), Jeff Williams (Camiesue), Donald Williams (Jana) and Phillip Williams (Peggy); and his grandchildren, Nick, Kristi, Cody, Bart, Kassie, Meghan, Brooke, Paige, Sara and Shawn. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
