He is survived by: his wife Janet Macik (Angarola); his son Patrick; his siblings, Michael Macik, Paul Macik (Janet), Mark Macik (Cheryl), Michele Macik, Mary Macik and Matthew Macik (Maria); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Angarola, Joann Angarola, Peter Angarola (Lynn) and Dan Angarola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
