He is survived by: his siblings, Dan (Anne) and Jean Wloszek (Ed); and his nieces and nephews, Dan Jr. (Jackie), Tim (Alisa), Brian (Cassie), Julie (Jason Williams), James, Joe (Meredith), Steve (Carrah), Paul (Kate), Scott (Andrea) and Beth (Jeff Ulrich).
Memorial donations can be made to the Sisters of Providence at St. Mary of the Woods College in memory of John's aunt, Sister Maureen Cecile, SP. (3301 St. Marys Rd. West Terre Haute, IN 47885).
