He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nelson, Emma Curtis, John and Elizabeth Adams. He is survived by: his parents, Dean Curtis and Elizabeth Curtis (Adams); his wife Kelly Swartout; his children, Ryan (Nikki) and Alicia (Eddy); his grandchildren, Blair and Cadence; his brothers, Dean (Dana), Joe (Renee), Dave (Miki) and Bill (Andrea); his parents-in-law, Dot Pfahlert and Dick Swartout; and his sister-in-law Lori Maxheimer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Oakland County Fair John Curtis Memorial Fund, benefiting youth beef exhibitors at Oakland County 4-H.
