She was predeceased by : her parents, Alice Van Every and Albert Fleming. She is survived by : her husband Gary Klukowski; her children, Todd Van Every (Samantha) and Allison Van Every; her granddaughter Lehua; her brother Tom Fleming (Karen); and her nephew Tommy.
