He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Michael Heath and Dorothy Helen Heath; his in-laws, Arthur James Duva and Bertha Stella Duva; and his niece Lindsay Heath.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patti" Heath; his sons, Robert "R. J." Heath (Jessica Shamoon) and Jacob Heath; his siblings, Karen Heath, Michael Heath (Marie) and Mary James (Robert "Bob" Doyle); his nieces and nephews, John Hall, Jeremy Heath (Joanne Mitchell), Alan Hall (Candy Hall), Zachary Heath (Lisa Havens), David Duva, Ryan Duva (Angela Duva), Jessica Hayes (Stephen Hayes), Enzo Duva and Paula Duva-Rodriguez; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Genevieve, Dallas, Trace, Rune, Tayden, Courtney and Kai; and his in-laws, Daniel Duva (Kim Duva), Enzo Duva and Greg Duva (Valerie Duva).
