We are sad to announce that, on December 11, 2023, at the age of 73, Ronald Deane VanderMeer of Holly, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John VanderMeer and Louise VanderMeer (Underkercher). He is survived by: his children, Kate Forehand, Ronald VanderMeer, Elizabeth Frederick (Michael) and Emily Lilly (Jason); his grandchildren, Michael, Zim Forehand, Elten, Myren Frederick, Micah and Mackenzie Lilly; his sibling Terry VanderMeer; his close friend Barb Theurer; the mother of his children Kay VanderMeer; and his friend Beacon.
