She is survived by : her sons, Jeffrey Bethka, David Bethka and Craig Bethka; her grandchildren, Alexis Fowlkes (Jason), Alicia Bethka and Maxwell Fritz; her great grandchildren, Kylee, Kaylin, Landon Fowlkes, Brooklyn Wright and Braelynn Bethka; her brother John Griffin (Diane); her nieces, Karen Havens and Kristin Williams; and her nephew Kevin Havens (Heather).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Capital Area Humane Society in memory of Ann Bethka.
