Bob will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Bob by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Bob is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Bob’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Gailey and Gaylia Gailey (Hart); his wife Linda Gailey; his brother Donald T. Gailey; and the mother of his children Barbara Anne Rogers.
He is survived by: his sons, Chad Gailey (Sally) and Thad Gailey (Alexis Livingston); his granddaughter Emma Gailey (Michael Praire); his great grandchild Winifred Ruth Praire; and his sister Barbara Howell.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Delhi Café (4625 E Willoughby Rd #9, Holt, MI 48842).
Memorial contributions may be made to Boy Scouts of America Chief Okemos Council in memory of Bob.
