Carolyn A. Jehner Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn A. Jehner (Holt, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 29, 2025 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn A. Jehner to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Berdine Hampton and Arthur Hampton; her husband Chalmer Jehner; her son Michael Holt; and her brother James Hampton.

She is survived by: her children, Jerry "Mark" Holt (Susan) and John Holt (Eryn); her grandchildren, Anderson Holt, Oliver Holt, Felix Holt, Jacob Holt, Sterlyn Holt, Stephanie Hall (Chris), Elinore Miller and Cora Miller; her great grandchildren, Lisa Hall and Louis Hall; her siblings, Louis Hampton (Judy), Peter Hampton (Peggy), Bonnie Ryan (Dennis) and Brenda Hopkins (Al); and her close friends, Justin Miller and Bill Miller. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Carolyn also served as a dedicated volunteer at McLaren Hospital for over 27 years, donating more than 17, 000 hours of her time.
