She was predeceased by : her father Donald Troy. She is survived by : her mother Marilyn Troy (Green); her husband Steve Graves; her sisters, Jane Gibbard (Chuck), Diane Fox and Sue Mote (Rob); and her nieces and nephews, Jamie O'Connor (Joe), Amber Mote, Aaron Mote (Amanda), Christopher Fox (Erica) and Chuck Gibbard.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions have been set up with the Capital Area Humane Society.
