Geraldine Ann leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Geraldine Ann’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Geraldine Ann will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Patrick and Sophia Patrick; and her brother James Patrick. She is survived by: her husband Nate Esio; her son Gary Chambon, Jr.; and her niece Michelle Brancheau (Troy).

Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Martha Catholic Church (1100 W Grand River Ave, Okemos, MI 48864). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or St. Martha Catholic Church in memory of Geraldine Esio.
