He was predeceased by : his parents, William "Bill" Sweet and Anna Sweet (Mansfield); and his wife Susan Sweet. He is survived by : his brother Roy Sweet of Holt; his children, Justin Sweet of Holt and Jessica Myers (Daniel) of Newark, DE; and his granddaughter Meredith Myers.
