He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Williams and Edna Harris; his grandmother Lovey Harris; his children, Anthony "Hank" Harris and Patricia Griffin; his stepsons, Kenneth Livingston and Harold Livingston; and his siblings, J. W. Williams, Cna Williams, Willie James Williams, Marvin Williams, Curtis Williams, Etta Lee Peters, Willa Mae Body-Brown and Ella Louise Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fleming Harris. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Riley Funeral Home (426 W St Joseph St, Lansing, MI 48933). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and at 11:30 AM at the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church (5200 Pleasant Grove Rd, Lansing, MI 48911). A burial was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Maple Ridge Cemetery (4149 E Willoughby Rd, Holt, MI 48842).
