She is survived by : her husband Scott Mazur Sr.; her children, Tania Mahon, Deanna Crownover, Christina Przybylek and Douglas Crownover; her siblings, Denise Carter and Larry Knowles; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Brooklyn, Addison, Wyatt and Gabrielle.
