He is survived by: his parents, Richard Johnson and Linda Johnson (Bateman); his brother Eric Johnson (Melissa); his uncles, Mike Bateman (Arvilla), John Johnson (Marleny) and Andy Johnson (Bonnie); his aunt Ruthann Rogers; his cousins, Michael Bateman and Robert Bateman; and his nieces and nephews, Sydney, Aidan, Ethan, Nathan, Samuel, Issac Johnson, Dakota and Austin VanFleet.
