He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bartholomew and Marguerite Bartholomew (Delau); his brother Steven Bartholomew; his nephew Jacob Bartholomew; and his great-niece JaNessa Hayter.
He is survived by: his children, Corey Lewis (Kristen), Joy Bartnick (Kevin), Jonathan Bartholomew (Bridget), Mary Oliver (Rob) and Liza Wethy (Dale); his grandchildren, Coltrane, Eliseo, Hezekiah, Shilah, Claire, Rylan, Harrison, Goldie, Chase, Gage, Madison and Brennon; his brother Robin Bartholomew (Linda); the mother of his children Pati Starr; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Lerma, Alison Westfall (Caleb), Julia Bartholomew, Joshua and Jason Bartholomew.
